ABUNDANTIA Request Information Pure Merlot, wines obtained from integral vinification in barrique. Aged 18 months in French oak barrique to enhance the characteritics and higlight the particulary intense and lasting aromas.

Appellation: DOC Maremma Toscana Merlot
Vinification: Maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature (28° C) for 24 days, with pumpovers and punch downs
Aging: 18 months in French barrique of 1st and 2nd use
Bottle aging: At least 10 months
Color: Concentrated ruby red
Scent: Intense, persistent aromas of black cherry, prunes, as well as violet and sweet spices
Flavor: Assertive yet smooth, sustained by firm tannins, good acidity and balance, and a long finish
