hen Rigoloccio began in 2002, it was Pierre Marie Guillaume, one of the best-known agronomists in France, who imported and planted the cuttings. Today, the 9 hectares of vineyards are divided between pure Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes as well as Chardonnayand native Alicante grapes. The result is a combination of vines with great character and a distinct personality.

The Rigoloccio collection now consists of seven wines, including four with the Maremma Toscana DOC appellation, one of the most important wine-growing areas of the region, and three IGT Toscana designations.
