Variety: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot Appellation: IGT Costa Toscana Rosso Vinification: The four varieties are vinified separately. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28°C) for 3 weeks, with frequent pumping over. Aging: In French barrique for 12 months.
