MINIERA Request Information Brut with classic method

Variety: Pinot Noir grown in Alta Valle Versa. Altitude 350 mt
Harvest period: Third week of August and First week of September
Denomination: Quality Sparkling Wine Brut Classic Method from vines of about 10/15 years age
Vinification: Vinification by soft pressing, we immediately separate the skins from the must.
The base wines, after the first alcoholic fermentation, mature until the end of the following spring in
temperature-controllated steel tanks. After they are expertly assembled to archive the creation
of the cuvèe- This particular technique gives the sparking wine the typicl character of the quality
wines of our land
Bottling: From March to June
Permanence on yeats: From 24 to 36 months
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Color: A fine Classic method, with a straw yellow color
Scent: intense but delicate: fine and persistent perlage. Its flavor is dry and elegant
Food parings: Excellent both as an aperitif and for all meals. As long as the dishes are delicate and refined
Service temperature: Should be tasted at a temperature of about 6/8 degrees, in large crystal flûtes
