Bordeaux blend, aged 18 months in barrique. Great balance and elegance, on the palate and the nose, with hints of juniper berries, spices and pepper.

 Variety: Cabernet Franc 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%

Appellation: Maremma Toscana DOC Vinification: maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature (28° C) for 24 days, with pumping over and punching down

Aging: 18 months in French barriques of 1st and 2nd use

Bottle aging: at least 8 months

Color: full ruby red, with excellent concentration

Scent: Intense, persistent, elegant, ample, with clear vegetal notes, red fruit, juniper, spices, pepper.

Flavor: ample and persistent, perfectly balanced

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
