RIGOLOCCIO Request Information DOC Maremma Toscana 2020

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 64%, Merlot 18%, Cabernet Franc 9%, Petit Verdot 9%
Vinification: Maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 24 days, with pumping overs and punching downs
Aging: 12 months in Frrench barriques q st and 2 nd use
Bottle aging: several months in the bottle
Color: Intense and deep ruby red
Flavor: Elegant, velvety well structured with great balance and pleasant freshness, fine-grained nobile teninni. Very persistent. Excellent.
Scent: Intense and very broad bouquet with floral scents, fruity aromas with hints of blueberry, cherry and prigne with a spicy finish.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
